請問讀研究生院職業學院拿的stipend怎麽交稅？

沒扣稅，學生去學校問了，學校答複：

。。。does not withhold tax from stipend payments, and we actually have no way of doing so.

Most of the time, students do not owe any tax on Stipend payments, 。。。”

 

感覺有點不對勁，要是明年報稅又說要交稅，還得罰款吧？
