There are only two middle schools participate

in our school district. Schools can choose whether they want to participate or not, apparently most schools don't 

want to or cannot participate because it requires a coach assigned for this. Extra work=extra hours=extra pay.

If I have to drive the bus in the morning on top of my regular work in the classroom as instructional assistant,

I deserve more extra pay. What about a coach for a math competition? No extra money, no one wants to take this job.
