純理科H or S (H better) 工科：Absolutely S. CS: S or H (S better)

UCB EECS is decent.  If in-state, and money is a big factor, then EECS can be an option.

Overall, you can't go wrong with picking S. Academically it pretty much has everything H has, and more.

Unless kid prefers east coast for school.
