是否有"正式"翻法，就想了幾個candidates，可根據上下文選用。  拋磚引玉。

1.  That which makes also unmakes (breaks).  （That which makes can also unmake (break).)   

2.  As he makes, so he unmakes (breaks).

3.  That which creates also destroys.   (That which creates can also destroy.）

4.   As he creates, so he destroys.
