The love here is complicated

The love here is complicated. This can be sees in 'maiden", "I was a child and she was a child", "loved with a love that was more than love" and their love is stronger than the adults who also wiser. But at the end the boy dreamed that she would be his bride.

"我們兩小無猜" is not enough to describe the love delivered by the poet. That was my understanding.
