Actually, it can with meds. Mine went back to normal 2003,

Was Dx with osteopenia in 2001 when I was 39, took Fosamax for 3 years, plus calcium and exercise, 2003 normal, checked Q 1-3 years, last check 2019 normal lower side, this year bone density  showed osteoporosis, was quite inactive last couple years and menopause 4 years now, no sexual desire at all, hormones must be 0.
