Protein

1.      Chicken Breast

2.      Salman Fish

3.      Egg White

4.      Tofu

5.      All kinds of beans

 

Carbohydrates

1.      Quinoa

2.      Purple Sweet Potato

3.      Steel Cut Oats

4.      Brown Basmati Rice

5.      Barley

6.      Dave’s and Killer 21 Whole Grains and Seeds

 

Fat

1.      Oliva Oil

2.      Avocado

3.      Nuts

 

 Fiber:

1. Chia seeds

2. Flaxseeds

3. Psylliium Husk

4 .Hemp

5. Wheat Bran

6. Oat Bran

7. Rice Bran

 

Vegetables:

All kinds of vegetables. At least one serve each day. I usually have 2 serves every day.
