29 歲 >97 lbs is above normal, in the table below, 29 歲, >52 kg (115 lbs) is above average. Yeah, average vs. normal is different. Normal is not optimal。 Grip strength is probably the higher the better assuming other things are equal. 

Normalization of grip strength depends on the clinical context. For predicting mortality and most health outcomes, absolute grip strength performs as well as or better than normalized values However, for assessing metabolic health, identifying sarcopenia in individuals with extreme body size, or population-based research, normalization by height² (HGS/HT²) is recommended rather than body weight or BMI.
