30.5 個 pull ups

剛剛在GYM裏，想起 旺旺說的不相信的話， 又試做了pull ups (不在我的  routine  https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/ydjs/171777.html  之內）

 30 個之後，本想再多做， 剛往上pull, 想想算了。。。。： 30.5
