Troubleshooting for Charging

  1. Disconnect and reattach the charging cable.
  2. Charge watch through a different power source such as a computer.
  3. Leave the watch plugged into the charger for up to two hours, remove from the charger, then charge for another two hours.
  4. Try another charging cable.
