晨跑---愛美麗的running log

今早和愛美麗跑步。

她昨晚睡在我爸媽家。早上六點我跑去爸媽家，她已經整裝待發，然後我們一起跑了5英裏。進入我家小區最後一段路，我跟她說我們比賽看誰先跑到家門口，她跟離弦的箭一樣就發射走了。根本追不上。

現在教練要她每次跑完就寫一個note發給她。她對教練的話執行起來非常認真。一跑完回家一屁股坐在沙發上就發text給教練。

Todays running log: Today was the 1 hour run with mommy. My cadence was slower than usual, I wonder why I felt worse today. I was getting really tired around 2.5 ish miles, and couldn’t keep up with mommy. At the end, I did manage to sprint and keep in front of mommy. Overall, this was not one of my best runs.
