Just moved from New York to London

Recently took an international assignement (2yrs) in London and moved from New York acrossed the pond. My wife's company is also head-quartered in London so it is a relatively easy transfer for her. We live 30 mins from work, 2 boys (7 and 2) in American School (company pays). My company also pays up to 7.5k per month for our housing. Tax is more complex - we pay UK tax which is higher than US but company actually carries the excess over US tax.  We make about 300k/yr in sterling before tax.  London is generally a lot more expensive than NY but there are exceptions. So far, we have been enjoying a different life style and environment. Cheers
