We just bought a house near Manchester, where is said to be a best area in the Northwest, just £2xx,000. I saw a TV show a few weeks ago about a Northern London couples planned to migrated to Sydney, Australia, but were shocked by the housing price there, hence they decided to stay in the UK. Alas!
