The Same Case Here!

我有一個同樣的case。 BZ也是製造Mold但又不讓人進去修，還告到County Code Inforcement。因為是remote，我為此請了PM。這星期一，PM Attorny上了Court。Court ordered her pay the rent she owe on 星期三. She did not pay. Now the eviction will start soon. I am not sure what it will be look like after she leave. I will not let her go easily.

請教我怎樣才能討回她欠的３月的房租？
