準備出offer （short sale的房子），有無必要出offer前title search?

我知道在close之前，closing company應該會做title search的，是不是這樣？

但是我準備買的這個房子，是個short sale,我猶豫要不要出offer前title search一下，看看有沒有欠債。

是不是現在做了，close時候就可以省了？
