想出租掉上海的房子，各位，在中國，如果房客賴賬，搞破壞，房東可以kick them out easily? can you call polic to kick unpaid tenant out in shanghai? 

Can I inform the tenant to leave 1-2 months ahead that I need the house back for own use?

各位， 有沒有房東， 國內出租不愉快的經曆？
