That is why I am willing to use other positive cash flow property income to offset this negative cashflow even though I know negative cashflow is a big NO-NO according to my current investment priinciple.

But I was that silly 7 years ago to touch a house like that. I felt I am that dead mouse which was caught by a blind cat....
