We only have one niece's name

We only have one niece's name, but do not have another one's name. Sometimes their boy friends (or other relatives/friends) also live there.

Can I evict both nieces out of the apt, even I only have one name listed in the pay rent or quit notice? For last month rent, it was paid by one niece that we know the name.
