Our house was put on the market on the evening o f Nov. 30th.  So, virtually 12 days as of today.

One family was offering 3 years of rental but with deep discount.  We turned down directly.

I'm concerned with their two dogs as well, although I do like dog. 

After all, I think we are to turn them down probably.
