可以和租客要一份copy of renter's insurance嗎？

有一戶租客有兩條狗。Pet addendum 有一條是租客要買renter's insurance to cover all damages and liability. 可怎麽知他們買了適當的保險呢？可以和租客要一份copy of renter's insurance嗎？小狗很快長成大狗了。有點耽心狗咬人。
