去除貸款利息的免稅 is not possible

It is not only the small landlord...  Most big landlords have commercial loan. The interest paid is part of business cost.  Banks pay tax on those interests.  If the landload does not get tax break on the interest paid, government is double taxing on the interest (both bank and lanlord)
