Las Vegas is way to go

I have been investing rental properties. I couldn't ever have gotten better deals than Las Vegas. It was all the way to the bottom earlier this year. Even thought the housiing price bounced back, it's not late to get in . But you have to act quickly since there are a lot of competitor buyers already in this area.
