I acually heard "Youxi88" s project a couple of weeks ago

in our local real estate investiment forum.  They used that project as an example to re-develop abandoned inner town community.  I remembered the name is: Dana strand revitalization project, or something like that.

Just don't know Youxi88 is the big hand behind it, what a small world...
