Each day drops for 1% - I expect for 30% drop by 12/31/2012.

The reason is that people rush to sell stocks before end of the year to pay 15% tax. Otherwise one has to pay 39% tax gain if selling next year. Apple has to back to Square I ($405, price on 1/2/2012) so that people will stop selling (no gain /no tax). However this does not include people bought APPL eariler than 1/2/2012, which still want to sell to lock 15% tax.
