我選08和共和黨的原因 . . .

I split my vote - o8 for president and GOP for my congressman, state senator and representative.

Reasons:

1. Romney is 0.01%.  He is paying less than 15% income tax(all capital gain) on income of 20+mil and I'm paying almost twice of that.  He is proposing 0% tax on capital gain. Feds will get their money - so most likely will be from us.  There is no way I would vote for a 0.01%ter.

2. Social issues - GOP just too wacky.  They want small government.  But they want to tell women what they should do with their bodies (abortion, contraceptive issues), who should/should not marry to who (gay marriage).  If that is not government's intrusion of private life (big brother), I dont know what it is.  Plus immigraton issue.

3. I live in a deep-blue big state.  Our state fiscal condition is in toilet.  Dems have been in chareg so long and have no fiscal responsibilities.  I want some GOPs in the state senate and house to provide check-balance to free-spending dems.
