I am not saying the US medicare system is bad, On the contrary,

I am thinking this kind of spending is not justified.  I know you can not put a price tag on a life, but spending millions of dollars on a baby, is it fair for other people who has to pay for this cost? 

I am aware that I am not politically correct.
