if you agree to let them stay, even verbally, it still a contract. if you later decide to change your mind, then you should send written notice via certify mail, as to your state rental law.

my friend, patient is a virtue, don't let some small details escalate to a huge lawsuit.

btw, if you don't know, TT owns and manages over 100 rental SFHs.
