1, read Zillow and raise $100 --> you have 50% chance to find out being too high and wasted 40 days of market time.

2, read the actual rented prices in surrounding area --> you might be able to raise $200. 

I don't encourage anyone to ask such questions without actually do research on his own and on his local.

How can someone 1,000 miles away answers such localized issue?
