do your home work to check the appraisal report

to see if the appraisal is right. I have one appraisal is $5000 less than contract price and seller won't reduce price. I know the appraisal did it wrong and so I protest the appraisal and they added $5000. You have to know the price, appraisal is nothing but a way to rob you some money.
