plan your exit: diversity and limit your liability

You shall learn a few of great lessons.

First, things can turn sour.  plan your exit frist. 

Second, diversity your holding.  Not put all your eggs into one basket.  If you do (for some, there is no choice.  Like startup), guard it with all your efforts. 

Third, limit your liablility.  LLC, have a good lawyer and insurance.
