小地主上路，總是問題多多，再次請問各位大腕了！

今天做了一個short sale 的inspection,我有以下問題請教：

1） inspector 說需要安裝一個attic fan,這是什麽東西，需要找什麽樣的人安裝，是電工還是general contractor? 這東西是安在ceiling 上 還是roof上？

2) Attic 內個別木條上有一些白色的東西，我的房檢師說是mold,需要用什麽來kill the mold？

他太肥，不能爬到閣樓上，我站在梯子上照了幾張照片，大家幫我分析一下這mold很嚴重嗎？該用什麽方法去除？ 這是一個1700sqt的 一層的房子，the inspector ask for $1400 to help me to kill the mold, is it a reasonable price？ I just think he is too fat to get into the attic, so I do not want him to do the work.
