Having 白蟻 (but fully treated) is not a big issue for most buyers in states like TX where 白蟻 is very common.  Yes, Chinese families don't like 白蟻-infested properties. But if the property happens to be in a top school area with limited house supply, they'll also buy it to get their kids into top schools.
