my rental property just got burglary

the tenant couple just got a baby and the bad guy broken in when they are in hospital. I found the 24/7 glass guy to replace the window in the midnight. I have never had such experience before and just pick a guy from google.  Suggest you get somebody handy in case something like this happen.
