thanks, what you said makes lot of sense, however, i felt from the beginning (2 years ago) that this tenant always has a way to get what he wanted, 1100 was his offer back then, and i had agreed to that, now that the lease is up for renewal again, he once again wants to dictate the term...i am kind of pissed...i felt like i am begging him, not the other way around...
