Bad idea. The tenant will not even open the door to accept any

letter/notice from her, how can she deliver it?  You don't want to leave the cashier check at there door step.

I think the key question now is: whether the money the tenant deposited into your account constitute as partial payment? (i am not sure)

If it does, you need to go though the eviction process again
