Not useful. You better sell the car and donate the money

1. Rule changed. The actual amount to donation usage is what u can deduct. That could be just $50 if they sell @ that price. (I heard a lot just go auction at $50.) My 97 Account can sell for 3-5k locally.

2. A lot of cost and cause the money go to real use is very low.
