If something looks like easy money to be grabbed, then it will become hard money very quick. There are very few ways to make money in GVA real estate. One of them is to buy single house and make illegal rental suite in the basement, and seperately rent the upstair and downstair. Some RE investors in the GVA are willing go farther to convert garage to a bedroom or, even farthur, a bachelor suite.
