請教：$4500 水費

幫朋友貼的：原自住房空置4-5個月後出租。今年五月1號開始。6和7月水費超過$4500。Water guy told tenant there is leaking problem and tenant said they found the leaking sprinkler and turned off the leaking part.  Scheduled sprinkler check and repair. 現擔心房客會不付水費， 認定問題開始就有。4月底交房時沒查sprinkler。Sprinkler 大概6，7 月才開始用。我們該怎麽辦？會有什麽問題？需注意什麽？請指教。謝謝！
