I have done a lot of tile work.

This is my guess as to the time it will take to replace.  Tear-out tile, remove toilet and simple subfloor repair 6 hours.  Install new tile about 8 to 10 hours.  Grout the joints and caulk 6 to 8 hours.  So I am figuring it will take about 25 hours give or take a couple.  The only question is the condition of the subfloor once we remove the tile.  I would guess it should be in OK condition to re-tile, but if it needs extensive repair I will let you know.  

If we look at just $12/hour for the labor or $300 to replace your floor plus the cost of the materials, which I would guess at $200 to $300 will get your floor replaced.  I would replace the floor with a similar neutral off-white/light brown tile if you want us to go purchase it.
