That was only the 2nd leg down.

Vegas had 2009, 2010, 2011 3 more leg down after 2007 & 2008.

2007-2009 was the steepest, basically 20% down annually.

2010-2011 was about 5-10% down. Price had an uptick in the Spring of 2010.

It is now bottomed. In fact, some areas have been up by 10-20% this year.

You bought in N. las vegas or Laveen? Those are bad areas.
