I had a similar case...

I had a similar case, last year, I had this blonde, was living on student loans...

she was behind and keep promising she will pay me in full as soon as school release her money, 2 months later, I evicted her..

the regular judge was on vacation, sit in judge is a some young kid just out of school, the tenant went in and cry and said she had nowhere to go, got kids and all that BS....well I got my eviction, but this judge dismissed all the back rent, so my claim of 3k for backrent and cleaning, only got $390 for cleaning...I did a motion to judgement error, but the regular judge turn it down because he doesn't want to overturn another same level judge decision, to appeal the case, I have to go down to state...

so today anytime I see a young judge, I try to continue the case for next hearing..lol
