就是不問home owner association certificate regarding occupancy做貸款的銀行？

12 of 47 units sold; does not meet presale requirements if our subject is investment. 

Of the 12 units sold, 6 are investment which means 50% of the sold units is currently rented. 

At present, this project currently does NOT meet Fannie/Freddie requirements for a warrantable condo project.
