Help on refinance

有什麽銀行可以做這個Refi嗎？ 多謝，現金拍的，現在發現這個問題怎麽辦？必須要套現還錢。。。

I just heard back on the condo review.  This condo isn’t eligible for financing.

Here are the reasons below:

12 of 47 units sold; does not meet presale requirements if our subject is investment. 

 

Of the 12 units sold, 6 are investment which means 50% of the sold units is currently rented.  At present, this project currently does NOT meet Fannie/Freddie requirements for a warrantable condo project.

 

There may be other items that I didn’t catch, but these stuck out.
