If you have before tax IRA or Rollover IRA acct

Then you can only rollover a portion of the after tax IRA to Roth IRA. Considering inflation as well as unpredictable tax rate in the future, I don't feel strongly about paying tax now to fund the Roth IRA or after tax IRA.
