I dedcuted the following from my previous tenanat, a MD. (3 years)
1, painting $750 ($250 per year x 3 years)
2 carpet cleaning $70
3. screen door $50
4. general cleaning $100
5 dish washer $100 (brand new, not working any more, dont know how much to fix it, it may cost $500 to replace it )
All costs are real except for dish washer
No complaint so far.
