請看以下的具體數字，也就是說，lender 給了貸款額的1.5% （$5200） 來支付這總計closing fee$5200, 其中包括估價費400。既如此，我先墊付的appraisal fee $400, 就應該沒有包括在closing fee之中。lender 實際支付的隻有5200-400=4800, 我支付了400， 難道不是這樣嗎？
