求助： counter offer 的條件是否應同意？

前日給的offer的房子現在賣主給回了counter offer, 我們當時給的已是listing
price, 所以價格沒變。 但是提出下麵的條件：

1. All contingencies to be removed within 7 days after acceptance.
2. All service to be seller's choice.
3. The property is sold in AS IS condition.
4. Other terms & conditions are remained.

請問這些條件是否應該同意？ 裏麵有什麽問題或不利於買方的嗎？
據說這個counter offer 不光是給我們一個買主的， 還給了別的買主，因為這個房子
當時有幾個offer.
