提上來再問home equity loan的問題

我下麵關於home equity loan買出租房的帖子QinHuang網友熱心的回答：

If you want to buy more poperties use both your cash reserve and line of equity. You can cash out the cash-bought houses to buy more properties in future.

If you have equity in your primary home, get it out and don't let it sleep there doing nothing. 

If you can get conventional loans easily, then use your cash reserve and line of equity as down pay to buy multiple properties in a short period of time.

This is an agressive approach and you can use it if you have a good salary income.

其中提到line of equity，是指用HELOC而不用home equity loan 嗎？

另外，好像有最多隻能買4個投資房，壇子裏的大俠是如何get around it的？我是late to the game （not having one yet! - just offered)

如果不能get around，那等買夠後，cash out equity 後又把cash放到銀行裏爛掉 （已留有足夠的應急錢）。請指教！多謝！
