the contract between buyer and seller says upon excecution of this contract, buyer deposit earnest money.

隻是有些奇怪, 若銀行不批,豈不多餘? 問Agent,Agent說不用擔心銀行.不知是無須銀行批,比如Mortagage balance 小於sale price, 還是別有原因?
