前輩：看看這個房客，真的假的。。。我的gut feeling不太好

My hu*****and and I would like to begin this correspondence by informing you about us; and the kind of individuals we are.

 

    We are ex-military in the United States of America Armed Forces. My hu*****and was in purchasing and contracting, in the United States Air Force. And, I was an Officer in the United States Army, in charge of the Logistics Division for my unit.

 

    We both have outstanding achievements under our belts, representing our country and our platoons. We are proud to be Americans of the United States .

 

    After "fifteen years" in the same residence, we have decided to relocate. We are proud to say that we are both extremely immaculate! And, we take great pride in our living quarters.

 

    Our personalities, military training, are something we are both proud of. We respect ourselves, our neighbors, we are professionally respected, successful in our careers, and outstanding citizens within our community. 

 

    Our need of interest is a 2/3/4 bedroom home, with a minimum of “2” or “2.5” bathrooms, with a deck, patio, or a lanai for some type of gardening, and social entertaining with our families and friends. We are seriously interested in your rental, and we have outstanding renters, professional, and personal references, and quality bank approved credit scores. J

 

    Please feel free to contact us when you are available for a showing of any properties that suit our requests. Water and garbage must be paid for by the homeowner. We will negotiate rent if “we leave” the W/D in a hook-up only residence.
